A serial entrepreneur, Siddharth looks after steering the company‘s strategic positioning vis-a-vis competition and ensuring operational efficiency while serving clients. Iken Personics is the 3rd company that he has been involved with (Cellent Technologies and Start Enterprises being the previous two). He has a bachelor‘s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, USA. His previous business experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs and Diamond Cluster International, both in the United States.
Rajat Walia VP – Business
Rajat Walia holds a BE (Computer Science) and has around 11 years of work experience. His career has been dedicated to develop and deploy innovative software products in the field of next generation Business Analytics solutions for Telecom customers. Prior to Iken, he has been associated with Companies like IBM, Hewitt Associates, Symantec etc. and has extensive experience in client engagement and servicing. He currently steers Iken's strategic positioning for Telecom at the global level and is responsible for overall Business growth for the company.
Victor van Brakel VP Business Development, Europe
Victor has 18 years of experience in media-buying, research and marketing. Working for international media buying agencies like TMP (Publicis), MEC and media outlets like RTL and Het Financieele Dagblad / BNR Nieuws Radio, he mastered his passion to translate data into usable insights and create new propositions. He used his entrepreneurial skills to launch two interactive niche radiostations and holds a bachelor's degree in Media Management from the HKU University of the Arts Utrecht. Victor will oversee the further roll-out of Iken products in Europe.
Devesh Sharma VP – Engineering
Devesh Sharma holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington. He brings with him 13 years of experience in setting up and managing various aspects of Information Technology for large corporate both in domestic and in international market. He is currently responsible for all aspects of Iken‘s operations including Delivery, R&D, Quality and Continuous Process Improvement.

Varun Sacharr has around 7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, where he has held strategic roles across Telecom & IT companies with experience of South East Asia markets. He has managed relationships & business across South East Asia focusing on leveraging the mobile to deliver solutions including M-Commerce, SDP, VAS, CRM & Network Solutions across various consumer segments in Telecom & IT Organizations. He is currently responsible for managing Sales & Business development for Domestic & International markets.
